This 3-month program includes 12 weekly meetings, each focusing on a specific theme or topic related to the program’s overall goal of helping women get their life together, be happy, calm, and successful. The program is structured to provide a holistic approach to wellness and personal growth, including mindset, goal setting, nutrition and wellness, mental health hygiene, healthy habits, physical activity and exercise, time management, productivity, relationships, communication, financial management, and sustainability. By combining personalized coaching with actionable steps and group support, this program aims to help women achieve lasting change and cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life.

first month - mindset

 

week 1 – Identifying Values, Core Beliefs, and Priorities

We will start by exploring your values, core beliefs, and priorities. Through a series of worksheets and exercises, you will gain clarity on what truly matters to you and what motivates you. We will also use a Values Assessment Test to help you identify your top values and use them as a guide for decision-making and goal-setting.

 

week 2 – Identifying limiting beliefs

Next, we will identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. We will use a Belief Assessment Test to help you recognize negative thought patterns and self-talk. Once you become aware of these limiting beliefs, we will work together to reframe them and replace them with positive, empowering beliefs.

 

week 4 – overcoming barriers and obstacles

In this subchapter, we will identify potential barriers and obstacles that may prevent you from achieving your goals. We will use a Barriers and Obstacles Assessment Test to help you identify these challenges, and then work together to develop strategies for overcoming them. You will learn how to create action plans and set realistic timelines for achieving your goals.

 

week 3 – cultivating a growth mindset

Developing a growth mindset is crucial for achieving success in any area of life. We will use a Growth Mindset Assessment Test to identify areas where you may have a fixed mindset and provide strategies for cultivating a growth mindset. Through a series of exercises, we will help you build resilience, learn from failure, and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this chapter, we focused on the power of mindset and how it can shape our actions and decisions. Often, our minds can be our own worst enemy, filled with negative and limiting beliefs that hold us back. But by the end of this chapter, you will have a deeper understanding of your core values, beliefs, and priorities, and you will have learned strategies to cultivate a growth mindset and build resilience. second month - Setting and Achieving Your Goals

 

week 1 – setting goals

We will begin by setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Through the use of a Goal-Setting Worksheet, we will work together to define your goals and create a detailed action plan for achieving them. By breaking down your goals into smaller, manageable tasks and setting deadlines for each one, you will gain a clearer understanding of the steps required to achieve your goals.

 

week 2 – creating an action plan

Once your goals are defined, we will move on to creating an action plan for their implementation. Using an Action Planning Worksheet, we will identify the specific steps required to achieve each goal, and create a timeline for completing each step. You will learn how to prioritize your tasks, and adjust your plan as needed based on your progress.

 

week 3 – implementing the action plan

In this subchapter, we will focus on implementing the action plan and maintaining momentum towards achieving your goals. We will discuss strategies for staying motivated and overcoming any obstacles or setbacks that may arise. You will learn how to hold yourself accountable, and we will explore ways to stay on track and maintain momentum throughout the entire process. Additionally, we will discuss the importance of celebrating your efforts and progress, no matter how small.

 

week 4 – monitoring progress and celebrating success

The final subchapter will focus on monitoring progress towards your goals and celebrating your success. We will use a Progress Tracker Worksheet to help you track your progress, adjust your plan as necessary, and celebrate each milestone achieved along the way. You will learn how to recognize and appreciate your achievements, and use them as motivation to continue moving forward. Additionally, we will discuss the importance of celebrating not only the end result, but also the effort and action taken towards achieving your goals.

By the end of this chapter, you will have a clear set of goals, an actionable plan for achieving them, and the tools to monitor your progress and measure your success. You will also have gained valuable skills and knowledge on effective goal-setting and action planning. third month - achieving work life balance

 

week 1 – self care and avoiding burnout

To maintain your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, it is crucial to prioritize self-care and avoid burnout. We will use a Self-Care Assessment Test to help you identify areas where you may be neglecting self-care, and provide strategies for integrating self-care practices into your daily routine. You will learn how to recognize the signs of burnout and develop a plan for preventing burnout from occurring.

 

week 2 – maintaining mental health

Mental health is a critical component of overall wellness. You will learn strategies for managing stress, reducing anxiety, and promoting positive mental health. You will learn ways to calm your body, when it’s in fight or flight mode, and several CBT techniques to manage anxiety.

 

week 3 – fitness and nutrition

Nutrition and fitness play a significant role in maintaining overall wellness. We will use a Nutrition and Fitness Assessment Test to help you evaluate your current habits and identify areas where you can make improvements. You will learn strategies for improving your diet, incorporating exercise into your routine, and developing a long-term plan for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

 

week 4 – relationships

Maintaining healthy relationships is crucial to living a balanced life. In this subchapter, we will discuss how to nurture relationships with family, friends, and colleagues, and improve communication skills. We will also explore the importance of setting boundaries and how to communicate them effectively. We will discuss the different types of relationships, the benefits of having a support network, and how to maintain healthy relationships through effective communication. We will cover strategies for active listening, expressing yourself assertively, and resolving conflicts.

By completing this part of the program, you have gained valuable knowledge and tools to achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. You have learned how to take care of yourself and avoid burnout, prioritize your mental health, fuel your body with proper nutrition and exercise, and maintain healthy relationships with those around you.
